This includes the Colleen Hoover brunch tickets and Titan tickets, too. If you’re planning to either purchase resale tickets, or plan to resell tickets you’ve previously purchased, you have until March 16th to make name changes/transfer tickets, so make sure to handle it by then! |

All pre-ticketed authors will be highlighted in yellow.
PRE-TICKETED AUTHORS INFO
What does this mean?
Per the information collected from ticket holders (via the google form in your event ticket confirmation email), we’re anticipating that 20 authors will be “high-traffic”, or in other words, “pre-ticketed” authors.
In order to help with line control, we will be offering numbered wristbands for each of the authors for attendees to pick up prior to the signing sessions each day. (Keep reading to see which authors in each signing room will be “ticketed”.)
Please take note:
→ NUMBERED WRISTBANDS FOR THE TITAN SIGNING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY.
→ NUMBERED WRISTBANDS FOR THE SATURDAY SIGNING SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION ON SATURDAY ONLY. (We will have separate Ticketed Author wristband stations set up for GROUP A and GROUP B to make it easier for pick up.)
How will the ticketed author system work?
Before each signing: We will release 200 numbered wristbands per each “pre-ticketed” author at the wristband table(s) the morning of each signing session. This means that the numbered wristbands for the Titan signing will be available Friday morning, and the numbered wristbands for Saturday signing sessions will be available Saturday morning. Note: On Saturday we’ll have separate tables for “Group A” and “Group B” to avoid any confusion.
During each signing session: In each room, we will call numbers (usually in groups of 10-20) to line up for each of the ticketed authors. We will also have a white board displaying the numbers we’ve called over the PA system, as we know at times it can be hard to hear when the room is busy. As each line gets shorter, we will call more numbers to line up. You may line up at any time after your number has been called, but not before.
Note: We are only making 200 wristbands available (per pre-ticketed author) per session (including Titan, and both Saturday sessions), and once the highest number that was distributed (for that author/session) gets called, we will open that author’s line for the remaining portion of that signing session, if time permits. On the whiteboard we’ll write “OPEN” next to the ticketed author’s name(s) who no longer require numbered wristbands for their line. *Exceptions will be made for any authors whose lines are getting too long (blocking tables/walkways), in which case we’ll be prepared to distribute additional numbered wristbands at that author’s table/line to help with line control as time permits.
If you get a numbered wristband and have more than 3 items to be signed for that ticketed author: You can line up again once all of the numbers have been called for that author as time permits.
How many wristbands per author am I able to pick up?
You may only pick up ONE wristband PER PRE-TICKETED AUTHOR. Note: Titan attendees who may need wristbands for Saturday’s session must come back Saturday morning to pick those up. Also, make sure you have either your badge (Titan, Apollyon, Deity) or event tag (GA) when coming to pick up wristbands so we can confirm you’re an event attendee.
What happens if all 200 wristbands (per author) are handed out?
We’ll make an announcement in the ApollyCon Attendees Facebook group if we run out of wristbands before a signing session begins. We’ll also have staff in the registration area/at the ticketed author wristband table(s) who will inform those in line if we no longer have wristbands left. Also, if there are still wristbands available for a pre-ticketed author within 30 minutes of the signing/session starting, we’ll take them into the corresponding signing room and have the line staff at those author’s table distributing them at the end of that line.
Will the ticketed author system apply for the Titan signing?
The pre-ticketed author process will be the same for BOTH the Titan and general signing sessions. The pre-ticketed author list will also be the same for both days as well.
My friend and I both have wristbands for the same author, but different numbers. Can we line up together?
Depending on which of you has the higher number on your wristband, you can line up together once that higher number has been called. As mentioned above, you can lineup at any time after your number has been called. Just be mindful that due to the time constraints with each signing session, it is possible that not all numbers will get called.
Is it possible that other authors not listed under “pre-ticketed” will have numbered wristbands during the signing sessions?
Short answer: YES.
Long answer: We will have staff monitoring both signing rooms (during Friday and Saturday sessions) to keep an eye on line/table traffic. If we see that an author’s line is getting a bit crowded, we’ll begin distributing numbered wristbands at the end of that line. Any authors who get ticketed “on-the-fly” in the room will get added to our white board, and will have an ApollyCon staff member stationed at the line to hand out wristbands for attendees to come back once their number has been called.
If I get a numbered wristband, does that mean I’m guaranteed a spot in line?
Time permitting, yes. However, we cannot guarantee that each attendee will get to see every author in our lineup due to time limitations per session. Know that we will do everything we can to get everyone through the lines in a timely fashion, but know that once each session ends, we will completely clear both signing rooms immediately. Please plan to prioritize accordingly. Keep in mind that some authors may also make arrangements to meet with readers after the signing(s) end, so keep an eye on the ApollyCon Attendees Facebook group as we’ll post updates in there during the event.
What if I pre-ordered books from a ticketed author, and I’m not able to get one of the numbered wristbands before they’re all gone?
If you are unable to get a wristband for a pre-ticketed/ticketed author, and are not able to get to their table within the allotted time, we will work out a way for you to still be able to get the books you’ve paid for. Each pre-ticketed author will have an event staff member standing at that line/table, so if you’re unable to get through that author’s line within the last 30 mins of that session, let that staff member know so they can assist you.

Note: If you have a Titan ticket, you can pick up numbered wristbands for the Titan signing either Friday. Numbered wristbands for Saturday’s signing will not be available until SATURDAY MORNING at the earliest, including those with Titan tickets.
We expect that registration will be very busy on Saturday morning. If you’re able to come by Thursday or Friday to register, we highly recommend it. Picking up pre-ticketed author wristbands will go faster if you have either you attendee badge and group (cloth) wristband with you, as you’ll need to show event staff working those tables to get numbered wristbands. Each person will be limited to ONE numbered wristband (per ticketed author).
Make sure you’ve read through the pre-ticketed author info (below) so you can plan accordingly!
